FRANKIE SOLARIK
Founder and CEO of the experiential hospitality group Frankie Solarik Holdings, Frankie has achieved international acclaim as a pioneer of the immersive and experiential cocktail movement through the use of immersive design elements throughout his concepts, as well being regarded as the leader of contemporary and modernist techniques in cocktail compositions.
Named by The New York Times as a "Legendary Experimentalist", he is the owner and creative force behind Toronto's BarChef, PREQUEL & CO. APOTHECARY, COMPTON AVE. alongside Co-Owner Kurt Tissera as well as recently announcing the international expansion of BarChef to the US with BarChef New York opened in June 2025 in the heart of New York City at 5th Ave. & 35th St.
Frankie is also the author of the best-selling book The Bar Chef: A Modern Approach to Cocktails as well as his second release The BarChef Volume 2 releasing 2026 and was chosen as judge for NETFLIX’s international Smash Hit DRINK MASTERS as well as being profiled in major international magazines and on television including features on CNN and Top Chef Canada.
He continues to push the envelope on the definition of the cocktail experience. His approach is unique, his research impeccable, and his goal is to inspire others worldwide to adopt a completely new approach to cocktail culture and dramatically expand on the immersive and experiential cocktail movement.
