Frankie Solarik opened BarChef in 2008 with the intention of creating the world’s most progressive cocktail bar. Incorporating a Chef’s philosophy by producing everything in house; all bitters, infusions and syrups, as well as a full Modernist program executed by a highly trained team of Chef’s in the kitchen. The intention; to transport the guest to a completely new perspective of the possibilities of the cocktail.
BarChef Events was created with the intention of offering BarChef’s Signature Modernist and multisensorial approach remotely to bring the BarChef experience to various environments. Incorporating an emphasis on utilizing visual accents with themed décor options, aromatics, textures and flavors that capture the essence of your event.
