The ethos stays true to providing the ultimate guest experience by utilizing the Solarik signature approach of Modern techniques, in-house infusions, bitters and syrups.
Frankie Solarik opened BarChef in 2008 with the intention of creating the world’s most progressive cocktail bar. Incorporating a Chef’s philosophy by producing everything in house; all bitters, infusions and syrups, as well as a full Modernist program executed by a highly trained team of Chef’s in the kitchen. The intention; to transport the guest to a completely new perspective of the possibilities of the cocktail.
